Consulting Services

We all realize that life is full of events, and when that "event" involves selling a home, it should be an EXCITING time!   So often,  that excitement can include many decisions and sometimes confusion.  Wouldn't it be great to have someone ease those concerns and simplify the process? That's exactly the purpose of the services offered by 1st Impressions Design!

Consulting Services: 

• Walk-through analysis that will detail your home's "attractive" features, not to mention any "trouble" areas.  This will include assessing everything ~ from the curb appeal to every space in the home!
• This assessment will include any repairs, upgrades, etc. that may be necessary.
• Homeowner will receive advise on "showing off" the home's best features, in an order that will prioritize their importance.

The analysis is honest and frank, and will provide specifics that will simplify the process for the homeowner.  These "specifics" are intended solely to inform the homeowner of those changes that will increase their opportunities for a quicker sale and higher profits.

Consulting Services ( + ) :

Includes the above services +  a follow-up, computer generated report, that will instruct & detail the specifics of the walk-through analysis. This service is offered at an additional fee, with the homeowner and their Real Estate agent each receiving copy.

Home Staging Services:

Staging Services are available for both occupied and unoccupied (vacant & new build) homes.

• The Occupied property will receive a "hands-on" rearrangement & editing.  The objective is to:
  • Consider the current homeowner's lifestyle with minimal compromise, while . . .
  • Offering perspective buyers a clear view of the home's best features, the minute they walk through the door!
• The Unoccupied/Vacant property services will consider the available budget and will be arranged with appropriate furnishings based on that budget (More Details Available).
  • Owner's "available" furnishings will be assessed for use, or,
  • Items will be purchased or leased (More Details Available).

One Day Makeover ~  Redesign Services:

Do you often sit in your home and feel that it's just not living up to it's full potential? Or, do you know the look you want, you've tried everything, and it's still not quite right?

With 1st Impressions Design Makeover ~ Redesign Services, your home will receive a new perspective, one that will help your home feel and function like YOUR home & will show off it's best features!

Rooms will be edited and arranged, clutter will be eliminated and/or organized, furniture layout and lighting will be assessed, and any repairs/improvements will be discussed.
